Celestial Snake Enamel Pin

Standard Grade

Enamel pins are handmade and handcrafted, so none of my pins will be perfect or "Collection Grade". Standards are considered the best of the batch, and any flaws found throughout the entire set of pins will not affect the grading (eg. a few odd-coloured glitter pieces, minor scratches, minor under or overfill, minor dust not near the face). 

B Grade

The types of flaws in “B Grades” will be more noticeable metal issues and under/over filled enamel. These flaws are minimal, only noticeable close up and/or at a particular angle.

Seconds Grade

“Seconds” pins will be those with more noticeable flaws that detract from the pin’s artwork (eg. under filled enamel near the face, obvious under or overfill, a small part has the wrong colour, noticeable scratches or bubbles).

If you select any untracked services, we are not responsible for items that go missing during transit. 

Canada

Canada Untracked orders are shipped via Canada Post lettermail if eligible, to reduce shipping costs. These packages will usually take up to three weeks to reach their destination. 

Canada Tracked orders are shipped via Canada Post, and will take from 2 to 14 business days to arrive.

If you are eligible and select Reduced Fee Tracking, your package will be shipped via FleetOptics or another private carrier. I automatically include insurance on all packages being sent this way.

USA

As of August 29, 2025, only letter mail will be available for shop purchases. Your order will be shipped in a regular envelope with minimal branding, and will not have tracking available.

International

International shipping is usually determined by Canada Post's automatic calculations.

European Union - under new legislation effective December 13, 2024 (GPSR) that requires a representative physically in the EU, we are not equipped to ship to you at this time.

Germany - we are not currently registered with Germany's LUCID program, so unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time. 

Australia - Sometimes the local postage system processes packages slowly. If a package goes missing in transit, please contact us.

UK - I have re-opened shipping to the UK, but please be aware that you will be responsible to pay VAT upon receiving the package. If the package is denied at the border and returned, we will only be able to refund the amount minus shipping and the return fees.
